Why Another Science Circle?

Why Another Science Circle?

This updated Circle will fill your stream with not just the answers, but the big questions of science .

• “The scientist is not a person who gives the right answers, he’s one who asks the right questions.” ― Claude Lévi-Strauss

• “Student: Dr. Einstein, Aren’t these the same questions as last year’s [physics] final exam?

Dr. Einstein: Yes; But this year the answers are different.”

― Albert Einstein

• “We can judge our progress by the courage of our questions..”

― Carl Sagan

Haha, that’s like saying one won’t go to the library because there are too many books to read. Or, not turning on the TV because there are too many channels. Wait, I don’t turn on the TV or go to the library any more.   🙂

I need more art in my stream. Good to meet you, Boris Novak .

There’s plenty of art in science, and vice versa. Many of us aspire to live in the overlap.

Awesome quotes above Rajini Rao , I’m going to write them down and put them up in front of my desk! 🙂

  4. Rajini Rao says:

Thanks, Deeks. In research, one learns to ask the right questions, even if we don’t always get to the answer.

  5. Deeksha Tare says:

    Wow! Adding this too! 🙂

  6. Rajini Rao says:

You’re in this circle, Deeksha Tare 🙂

  7. Deeksha Tare says:

Yup I know Rajini Rao , but I still have to learn a lot, lot more from you all!

    Thanks for including me.

I stand at the beginning of my chosen career, and I’m super excited about what lies ahead!

That’s the best part about M.Sc. here, you get to work, and dedicate yourself to one project for 6 months, gives the first glimpse of research! 🙂

  8. Rajini Rao says:

If you are interested in a PhD at some point, I’ll be happy to answer questions 😉

  9. Deeksha Tare says:

Of course I’m interested in a PhD and I’m glad that I have you! 🙂

Just don’t know from where but! As of now concentrating on my Masters. Want to give all my attention to it. Would take a break if required and then apply for all those exams, in the meanwhile continuing my project here hopefully.
