We’re making some changes to the Science on Google+: A Public Database page. To kick off these changes, we are pleased to announce that three new Scientists/Google+ enthusiasts have agreed to help curate the page and database along with Chris Robinson and Rajini Rao.

OK good…but I am still a little dense here (someday the fog will lift) and ya might have to walk me through the steps as you do to a 5 yr old!
Sure, Cheryl Ann MacDonald ! First, are you in the database already? (I can check). If not, click on the link in the third bullet. There is a short form to fill out. This gets you into a temporary spread sheet. We, the curators, look through each entry. The criteria for inclusion are quite simple and listed in the About page of Science on Google+: A Public Database .
Next, at intervals, we post science circles. You can also go to our page and add whichever circle you want. They are separated by discipline as well as combinations of disciplines (Natural Sciences, for example).

I am pretty sure I am in the database & psychology circle…but am wanting to get into some type of medical/health/neuro circle too thanks for the help Rajini Rao
Yes, you’re in the Psychology database, Cheryl Ann MacDonald . There is a neuroscience circle, but nothing for health or medicine yet. If there is interest in it, we could set one up.
OK great. I am not sure I qualify to be in the neuro circle because I post about many different area’s not just the brain or immunology. But am interested. Definitely interested in an upscale medical or health circle should one ever develop.

Medicine would include people with MD degrees. What do you suggest for Health, Cheryl? What type of people would you like to see in it?
Anybody with a license, really…RN to MD or advanced degree (John has a ph’d in nutrition) So we can get quality post people.
