My kids play the violin (my daughter is quite good I think, she plays for one of those amazingly fast Celtic groups). They tell me that the piano is harder because each hand is doing something totally different.
There’s no value in comparisons of the type, who is better, Prabhat Parmal ! Each of us is too unique and we all contribute in some form or the other..some of us are better known, that’s all.

I really need to learn how to play an instrument. I used to play one as a kid, but it’s 99% lost lore now…
When i’m all alone and no neighbours are home within a kilometre radius i still play parts of the Morrowind team on the flute though. Feels good.

the violin seems more complicated. one hand is kept busy the whole time “tuning” the instrument.
either way your hands are multitasking playing either instrument, I guess.
Thinking of which robot would be the easiest to make, I would have to go with the piano.
