Word Cloud! Want to know what I yammer about on G+ before circling me? Here’s a sampling from my public posts: cells, genes, science, protein, channel, research, autism, neurons, calcium , oh yes…also, music although I have to work on getting Morrison and Mercury to greater prominence. So more Doors and Queen coming up π
Thanks to Craig Smith for sharing this fun tool. See your Word Cloud from Facebook, Twitter or Google+ profiles at: http://timc.idv.tw/wordcloud/en/#
My Word Cloud is a righteous one π http://timc.idv.tw/wordcloud/en/#googleplus:117579797706028145646
Thanks, Rajini Rao, that’s a great link:)
Marc Ponomareff , I see Occupy and rich!! For some reason, yours has generated phrases (e.g., good time)..I can see some good ammunition to tease you with in the future, so beware!
Rajini Rao, OK, no more parsing of the Word Cloud π
Chicken, Marc Ponomareff ? I was only going to point out “live simply” next..
Rajini Rao, yours has the better ones: music science time and good change first π
Craig Smith do you have a way to make Word Trees? www-958.ibm.com/software/data/cognos/manyeyes/page/Word_Tree.html
interesting thing.thx.
James Salsman , good idea! Linking words to phrases that follow would inform on a topic and be a lot more useful in terms of content. Have you tried that site? Apparently one needs to login and upload a data set.
neat
Rajini Rao yes I have and I love Word Trees, they are fantastic. If someone can give me something which will dump the text from someone’s public stream into single file, I will make a G+ Word Tree generator.
those who listen Doors are very special and exclusive people, like myself
clear & helpful
This is very useful tool in Schools,Colleges,Universities…

James Salsman , they’re not that bad, LOL! I guess they might work better with tags, although the author of that piece referred to them as the mullets of the internet (ouch!). So, you think a word tree would be better? Someone needs to write a script that will extract words from a page. Anyone??
