  1. A Caramel Macchiato please and good morning 🙂

  2. Unknown's avatar Rajini Rao says:

Good morning, all..I’m on my second cup of French Roast Cafe Au Lait!

  3. Au lait with loads of sugar 🙂

  4. Au lait pour moi, merci

However I’m not fussy, just as long as its not so strong that the Russian army with full backpacks could march across it

  5. Something with chocolate is not coffee. Well, at least where I live.

  6. Unknown's avatar Rajini Rao says:

I see that opinions can be as strong as coffee, too! 😀

  7. A little Canadiana : How do you like your coffee?

    I like my coffee crisp.

(Coffeecrisp is a Canadian chocolate bar)

  8. 🙂 we have here in Portugal the best Expresso of world, but I don’t drink coffee :-). Coffee production and consumption give us a image of true globalization.

  9. I like my sugar with coffee and milk 😉

  10. LOLKoral Maśluszczak

  11. Wait, a cappuccino is supposed to have chocolate in it?

  12. Philip Paynter As far as I can tell, only cocoa, not chocolate.

  13. Unknown's avatar Rajini Rao says:

Philip Paynter knows his cappucino. I think the only difference between a latte and cappucino is the quantity of milk. No chocolate nor cocoa..

  14. Rajini Rao “Talvolta, per completare, si aggiunge una spolverata di cacao o di cannella in polvere.” http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cappuccino_(bevanda)

    May have cocoa or cinnamon.

  15. Those years spent as a barista in Montréal have finally proved useful.

  16. This needs to be re-done as a boolean checkmark or quantity matrix so that sugar, cinnamon, whipped cream, ice, and temperature can be represented as components and Mexican and various corporate varieties can be included.

  17. Unknown's avatar Rajini Rao says:

Víktor Bautista i Roca , thanks 🙂 Philip Paynter , I think you will enjoy this quote I found, given your history as a barista: “you know, those little 17-year-old all-knowing snobs who stand behind the counter and deign to serve you are trying to confuse you, trying to instill a sense of mystery in an overpriced product that will keep you guessing and coming back for more. We can’t do anything about the price, but at least we can help clear up the mystery. In this case, it’s a matter of proportion — latte has more milk.In this country, cappuccino is a serving of espresso (about 2 ounces) with essentially similar amounts of milk and a rather stiff milk foam. Caffè latte is a serving of espresso with about three times as much milk, topped with a short head of foam. So a latte is milder and has a milkier taste.” Although, I’m sure you were no snob!

  18. The machine at work routinely dispenses a little hot chocolate with my cappuccino from time to time. It’s either malfunctioning or is a coffee expert 🙂

  19. Unknown's avatar Rajini Rao says:

James Salsman , I’m now completely disillusioned by this Venn. Matrix or nothing…

  20. j.mp/coffeematrix the coffee ingredient matrix that anyone can edit!

  21. Unknown's avatar Rajini Rao says:

Awesome! How about if we indicate quantity by varying the number of check marks? In biological research, we sometimes use a scale of +, ++, and +++ to indicate relative amounts without having actual numbers? 🙂

  22. Be bold! I do not WP:OWN the coffee matrix, but I retain the ability to revert vandalism through the edit history as the administrator/creator.

  23. outstanding.

at last science have gave the full analysis.

    brilliant work , Rajini.

  24. Unknown's avatar Rajini Rao says:

Excellent question, S Ortiz ..that’s why James Salsman created the ultimate coffee matrix. Check it out: j.mp/coffeematrix (see 5 posts up).

  25. Unknown's avatar RJ Matlock says:

    cafe instant aneo/brown sugar

  26. James Salsman the “coffee matrix” is infinitely more readable than the venn diagram, which is too stylized for me to figure anything out.
