The Coffee Party too often falls into the trap of false equivalency with the two parties.
You mean I can’t wear strange hats, yell loudly and vote against my best interests, too? Darn!
Both parties only care to push their political agenda. They both can work together to create jobs but they don’t want to. Not sure we want another party to confuse everyone. Neither of the parties is good on its own. The Dem owns the country the first 2 yrs with Obama. Look what they did.
Yeah, they passed the Lilly Ledbetter Act, they passed health care, they passed the stimulus, they saved the US auto industry…
Tom Lee, I call false equivalency. Pelosi’s congress was one of the most effective ever. Don’t forget the sheer vituperation and personal hate directed at Mr. Obama from Day 1. I really do think the man tried to reach out to Republicans and govern from the middle. He ended up to the right, as it turns out, but you can’t say that he did not try. Why else is his base so mad at him?
