If you mean Ladies as in “polite females” I guess you’re right. Not sure it’s a sexist thing, as the article says that the Alpha Bitches earn 5% more than their more friendly counterparts.

Jeffrey J Davis , I took a quick look at the original journal article. They do attribute this to ‘gender stereotyping’, i.e. the nice guys were not conforming to alpha male stereotypes. I’m surprised that mean wimmin managed even a modest 5% benefit..I would have predicted that perception of meanness in females would be a negative. Anyway, its a moot point since the women made less than men. And that’s another story.
I won’t go there with you. You are a scientist. Scientists use data. And the Data would make you win.
